While Buying/Selling a home is one of the greatest joys that we can experience, it is also a highly complex activity which can make one’s ‘head spin’ with all of the legal and financial ramifications. For the majority, buying a home is the largest purchase they have made, or will make. Consequently, by its very nature it is a stressful experience. There is, however, one person who can offer their professional expertise and guide the buyer/seller through the maze. This person is the Realtor.
Given the role/responsibility of a Realtor, it would necessitate a customer oriented individual who has a strong sense of ethics, fine-tuned negotiation skills, ability to navigate roadblocks, and the dedication and commitment to manage the end-to-end process from contract signature to closing. Emmy, Stephen and Erik are the best Realtors a person could ask for.
The Sunshine-Wilson group helped me from beginning to end when I wanted to
purchase a home in Austin. They worked with me for more than a year and a
half, educating me about the Austin area in general, the different
neighborhoods, the school systems, the business climate and many other
